Question for mothers with pre-pregnancy naval piercings…

I, of course, took the ring out when it started stretching out a bit, so it’s been out for about a year, give or take a month or so. Sitting here playing around with it, I’ve managed to easily get a plain stud earring through the hole. Of course, it isn’t nearly as thick as a naval ring, but the hole is still through-and-through. Did anyone just put a ring back in theirs, or did you get it re-pierced (if you did anything at all)?

I can’t sleep.

Evee is asleep in my arms and pacifying herself. Her head will drop a bit and she will nudge around everywhere with her mouth open trying to re-latch. Its reminding me of when she was a newborn. I’m so excited about her getting bigger and older and being able to do all sorts of things, but at the same time, I miss being able to hold her on my forearm and hold her all day and keep her safe from everything.

Me, before I go to bed:
Tomorrow, I'm going to start exercising a lot more and start eating better and find a job and ... wait ... did I just figure out the cure for cancer? I'm going to tell everyone and do all of my homework really early and get all A's and make so many friends and I'm going to look really nice from now on and try to help other people and start to volunteer! Tomorrow is going to be productive.
